I have a love of nature and the outdoors. The colors, textures, how the light changes, cast shadows and illuminates all that it touches. The world is my studio, my backdrop, and I get to capture it to preserve for those to come. The love of photography runs deep within me. It is something that I can not keep to myself and I'm so gald I don't have to. I have the privledge of sharing it with you.

This was a great morning for photo shoots. The cooper family has been planning on this session for awhile now and I am happy that we picked such a beautiful day for the session. One of the constant lessons that the Lord is working in my heart and my life is a change of perspective. This past weekend was beach week. Typically one thinks of the beach and sand, rocks, water, and waves. My beach weekend was not as I pictured but, that doesn’t mean that it wasn’t what was supposed to be. My perspective and Gods were not the same. My heart was not Gods heart. Thankfully I serve a mighty God. A good God. A God that Loves me and redirects my perspective to be in line with his own. So even though one may be focused on the waves and the rocks, being turned around to see the soft glow of beautiful light and color is amazing. Thank you Lord for changing my heart, changing my perspective.
I had a great time hanging out with Adam and Stephanie getting to know them a bit better and finding out lots of the fun details of their wedding. I am looking forward to their wedding next year. It is sure to be a blast!
