I took this photograph while we were on a family outing at the christmas tree farm in Reedley (the name is escaping me right now) I was on a mission to capture images of my family for our christmas card.  Jonah was mezmorized with this model train. It not a technically great image (my focus is off) but, it tells me a story.

and just to share a normal picture with you all here is also the 4th image from the file where my point and shoot images are stored. I have pictures all over the place

We were getting ready to leave on a weekend trip with out the kids. I wanted a picture of the kids on my camera to look at while we were gone. I sat them on the hood of the car and went through the normal, hag each other, smile for mom bit. And as with most point and shoots I got a lot of blur, there are ones with out blur but, not this one.

It is such a special joy to be allowed to photograph peoples families, children, weddings. Capturing newborns is an extra special joy for me. Knowing that they will never be this tiny again and this beginning stage of life passes so quickly. Next week these girls will already look different and mommy will probably barely remember.

I love this family and and so thankful that I can be apart of their special time. These girls are number 4 and 5 in the Smith clan.

Little A will turn 2 on Thursday. Her mommy is a very special friend that continues to amaze me with who she is. Today is a special day for Mamie and the whole Smith family as they will welcome twins into their family. I wanted to make sure I got mamie this little sneek peek before she headed to the hostpital.

I love you Mamie. You will be in my thoughts and my prayers all day. The Lord is with you.
